Marcelo R. Rodriguez is an entrepreneur, technology consultant, and in demand public speaker. He has founded and co-founded several online businesses, and been instrumental in helping companies and cultural organizations in various industries develop progressive Internet strategies. 

Marcelo's experience with the Internet dates back to 1995. Some of his first projects were with Coca Cola, Lloyds Bank of London in Ecuador, and the Ecuadorian Tourism Ministry.  In August 2000, he joined the development team that established the on-line Banking system for the largest bank in Ecuador.

Latin American Director of Business Development

Wladimir has been instrumental in client development and project management for Inlanet. He was awarded a contract for the city of Quito to develop their web presence, Defense Ministry, and World Heritage Fund in Ecuador. Currently he is overseeing the execution of two major portals for the Ecuadorian Market.  His main responsibilities include developing and implementing special programs for companies to improve their competitiveness in the Latin American Market. He earned his Engineering degree in Information Systems from UNITA University in Quito, and his MBA from the National Polytechnic School.

Joaquin Pradas, MBA

Director of Business Development

Joaquin Pradas has extensive experience in the travel industry with over thirty years of service in management and senior executive positions in the airline, tourism, and retail travel industries.  He’s worked for American Airlines, Iberia Airlines, Bolivian Tourist Office and Petrabax Tours. In his present position as Managing Director of Link Services, Joaquin is focusing on internet services and optimization processes that provide clients better marketing resources allocated to the Latino market.  Joaquin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY and a Masters Degree of Business Management from Columbia University, NY.

An entertainer at heart, his origins are in theatre, film/television, and community organizing. He enjoys client development and educating clients on the business side of the industry. Prior to founding Keneritz Media, he worked in different capacities in several high demand industries including IT, Hospitality, Publishing, and Marketing. Kendall is a cultural and media critic, and natural mentor. He is also a sought after columnist and published writer in various genres.

Walter Ventosilla

With over twenty years of experience in Community Health Communications and ESL (Education, Information and Communication), Walter has worked with health organizations such as the Office of Communications at the Pan American Health Organization in Peru (PAHO, UN) to support the Ministry of Health, Social Security Institute in Peru. A former consultant for Johns Hopkins University, CARE and UNICEF, he developed communication plans, strategies, print and digital collateral to inform, educate and modify youth and adult behavior regarding diseases like HIV-AIDS, STDs, pneumonia and Domestic Violence.

He is an accomplished writer and theater director, with more than sixteen works written and performed in Peru and other Latin American countries. He has worked with independent theater groups and professionals in Peru, France and the U.S.

VP of Business Development

For over twenty years, Jaime Rojas has participated in a commercial exchange between the United States and Latin America.  He has developed an enviable knowledge of how different nationalities perform their commercial activities using a variety of financial tools. He understands and manages an effective commercial interface between these two markets. This knowledge is based on effectively identifying the expectancies and the needs brought to the table by the buyers and sellers of these two regions.  While geographic neighbors, they possess different cultures, languages and commercial customs.

Chief Marketing Officer

Since joining Inlanet in 2005, he has held a range of customer service and senior management positions. His particular areas of expertise are financial services, telecom, benchmarking & monitoring, employee research and the public sector. He consults with clients on Hispanic research studies and provides Hispanic market insights. He excels at qualitative research, design, moderating and analysis. He’s versed in consumer perceptions, advertising assessment, and product development research. Max earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of Ecuador.

Diego Garzon Gabriel Dillon

Creative Director

A competent Advertising and Visual Communicator, Diego’s primary function is managing a company’s image via various visual, advertising, strategic channels with the sole purpose of obtaining better marketing placements. He is the Creative Director for Inlanet, and has worked on and managed accounts in Ecuador such as: Grupo Marathon Sports, Casa Brasil, Musicalisimo, Nike, Adidas, Umbro and Emelec and Marvel Comics. He obtained a Licentiate in Graphical Publishing Design at the University of Palermo (Buenos Aires, Argentina) 

Oscar Acero

Chief Technology Officer

Oscar Acero, Systems Engineer, is the Director of Technology for Inlanet. He focuses on e-commerce sites, online communities, and company intranets. In 2000 he began his studies at the Universidad Tecnológica America, and was part of the university’s development team of “ParqueSoft”.
